Products and prices

Each product page describes the part, its material and its dimensions. Prices include VAT and shipping costs are shown in the cart before you pay. Only people aged 18 or over may buy.

How to buy

You add the parts to the cart, check the order and the total, accept these terms and pay on Stripe’s secure page. Once done, we email you the order confirmation together with these terms.

Before paying you can correct your order in the cart: change quantities, remove parts and check the total. The contract is concluded in English; on request we can provide the contract, order confirmation and invoice in Spanish or Catalan. We keep the contract in our internal records for the legally required periods; it is not accessible from the website, and your copy is the confirmation we email you, with these terms.

Payment

You pay by card or with the other methods Stripe offers on the payment page. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and delivery

  • Delivery time: [PLAZO DE ENTREGA]

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to tell us that you are withdrawing from the purchase of a catalogue part, without giving any reason. Let us know by email at [email protected] or using the model form below, and send us the part, to the address we will give you in our reply, within 14 days of your notice. We refund what you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days at most and using the same payment method; we may wait until we receive the part or proof that you have sent it. Return costs are paid by you. If the part has been fitted or used beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct its loss in value.

Parts made to your specifications or clearly personalised have no right of withdrawal (Art. 103(c) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act): for example, a replica made from your part or a part adjusted to your measurements. Each product page states whether it can be returned.

Warranty

All parts carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a part arrives damaged or is not as described, write to us with photos. You can choose between repair and replacement, unless that is impossible or disproportionate, and ask for a price reduction or a refund where the law allows it.

Customer service and complaints

You can contact us by email at [email protected]. We reply to complaints within 15 days at most.

We do not adhere to any consumer arbitration scheme. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum) or your local consumer information office.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
